With proven expertise in AI and algorithm design, he has spent his career building scalable, high-performance platforms for leading digital businesses. Before joining Smart Kreate Group, Cliff served as Technology Director at Sina.com and Weibo Overseas, where he led engineering teams in supporting large-scale social and content platforms, and as Director of Online Product Innovation at New Media Group, driving the development of new digital products and services.

At Smart Kreate Group, Cliff is responsible for the technology vision and architecture behind the Group’s cloud logistics and delivery solutions. He leads the engineering and product teams in developing AI-driven capabilities for route optimisation, demand forecasting, and real-time visibility, ensuring the platform is secure, resilient, and ready to scale across markets. Working closely with Smart Minds and other business units, he focuses on turning complex logistics challenges into robust, data-driven solutions that enable enterprises in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia to modernise their delivery networks and operate with greater speed, transparency, and efficiency.
