Throughout his career, Frankie has played a key role in shaping Hong Kong’s parcel, express, and e-commerce logistics landscape, with deep hands-on understanding of operations, network design, and partnership development.

At Smart Kreate Group, Frankie advises on business strategy, regional scaling, and ecosystem partnerships to support the Group’s cloud logistics and delivery solutions. Drawing on his experience in building and expanding logistics networks, he helps align Smart Kreate Group’s technology roadmap with real-world operational needs in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia.
