Mr. KK Chiu is the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Smart Kreate Group and currently serves as CEO of Smart Minds, the premier SaaS logistics solution provider. With over 20 years of experience in logistics and cloud products and 25 years in IT and digital marketing, he combines domain expertise with a track record in building and scaling technology businesses. Before leading Smart Kreate Group, he was a founding member of Kin Shun – Logistics Technology Corp, a founding member and General Manager of Sina.com (Hong Kong), and a founding member of the multimedia department at New Media Group, where he helped pioneer new media and digital marketing in Hong Kong.

Under his leadership, Smart Kreate Group is being built as an integrated cloud logistics platform that unites technology, operations, and regional expertise across Asia. Through its flagship SaaS brand Smart Minds, the Group provides cloud-based logistics, order management, and last-mile delivery solutions for enterprises in logistics, retail, F&B, and e-commerce. Mr. Chiu is steering Smart Kreate Group’s expansion across Hong Kong and key Southeast Asian markets, strengthening partnerships with leading 3PLs and technology players, and investing in scalable, data-driven, and sustainable logistics operations.
